  • 1 on 1 Private Training

    Each new client will receive a functional movement analysis, a realistic periodization for success outlined, and follow up programming to compliment your fitness goal. Finding a goal can be hard! Mandy will help you uncover what is most important for you to do to achieve a healthier lifestyle, offer accountability through pre-booked sessions, and motivate you to get the results you are looking for through tried and true strength and conditioning protocols.

    Periodization will include both short and long term projections. We will start with comprehensive foundational exercises; whether you are new to strength training and intrigued by the barbell, or are currently pregnant or a new mom, or are an advanced powerlifter or athlete looking to overcome plateaus, Mandy can coach you to success.

  • Partner Personal Training

    Exercising with a friend or family member is the ultimate way to enjoy any fitness plan! Mandy can carefully coach any variety of partners, from parents and kids, to friends or couples. Each partner will receive a discount of 20% off their individual training packages.

  • Prenatal to Postnatal Training

    Keeping your body strong and moving throughout a nine month pregnancy is highly recommended. With such physical demands on your structure, exercising can be a useful tool in remaining pain free as your body changes. Download your copy of the ParMedX for Pregnancy here. Mandy will coach and adjust exercises for you to accommodate any recommendations by your healthcare provider. Sessions will be carried over for up to 6 months post birth so you have adequate time to heal and adjust into your new life as a mom.

    Postnatal exercise is both recommended and safe as soon as 4-6 weeks after delivery, depending on the birth method used. Most women are energized and ready to return their bodies to their past exercise capacities asap! Mandy will empower you to get there, while ensuring you take care of your body from the inside out. A strong foundation through the pelvic floor muscles, along with proper transverse abdominus recruitment, and breathing techniques will allow your body to heal most efficiently, and have you back to jumping, running and HIIT style workouts in no time!

    Babies are always welcome to join at Mandy’s home gym, or on location in your home space.
